Alyssa Broadwater, Registered Dietitian

Alyssa is a registered dietitian with an emphasis on helping women and couples through their pregnancy journey from fertility through postpartum. When she started specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition, the lack of practical, safe, and evidence-based information she found shocked her. Alyssa knows what it’s like to feel frustrated when you realize how much impact nutrition can make but can’t find trusted information to act on. We believe you deserve to set yourself and your baby up for a great, healthy future.

Alyssa works with people one on one and in group settings to optimize nutrient intake in order to reach their goals. She puts a focus on real food without restriction or complicated steps. The mental side of nutrition isn’t ignored either. Alyssa has a strong background in working with eating disorders and wants to make sure everyone she works with has a healthy relationship with food.

Appointments are available in-person or virtually. Alyssa is in-network with several health insurance companies though using health insurance is not required.
