Shane Erskine

Shane is a passionate entrepreneur and understands the real-life implications of owning and operating a small business.  He has lived and worked in Central Ohio with his wife and now 2 sons for 20 years.  Shane believes that children and families bring life to our communities and wants to support them the very best he can.  Shane is inspired to bring about change within our world and believes it all starts with supporting each other at the local level.

Kimberly Erskine

Co-Founder
Business Consulting

Kim has personally owned and operated three small businesses in Central Ohio.  One of them was a pediatric development center which she owned and operated for 10 years before selling in 2021. She is a wife and mother of 2 young children and a Speech Language Pathologist by trade.

She is serving as our business advisor, owns Hatched Consulting and knows just how to bring big heart to small business.  Kim also practices as a business consultant to entrepreneurs across the United States. Kim has lived in the Columbus area for 15 years and truly understands our local kids and family community and climate.  She loves all things conscious choices, entrepreneurship, education, and working with and supporting children and families.

Amber Fullah

Events Chair

I am a mama, wife and entrepreneur! I am the co-owner of Vibe Venue – an event venue in the Columbus/Worthington area specializing in hosting a wide range of private & corporate events! I have a true passion for community and view hosting and decorating events as my way of helping bring my clients special moments and event vibes to life! 

When I’m not wearing many hats operating the venue, I am enjoying time with my two beautiful daughters and husband Sam. I’m originally from Memphis, TN so I love a good, southern home-cooked meal, traveling and watching House Hunters on repeat! 

Being apart of the Conscious Community Collective family this past year has truly been a rewarding experience! Nothing quite like growing our business alongside a group that truly cares for each other and withhold the same visions we have towards building community!

Missy Seslar

Photography Chair

Missy is a wife and a mother to 3 children and has lived in the Columbus area for 17 years.  She has a degree in Commercial & Advertising Photography and built her own business, Periwinkle Photography, from the ground up. Missy now serves business owners and High School Seniors.  She also has 2 other businesses – Co.Lab Masterminds and Coach House Creative (a private party venue and rental studio). 

Missy cares deeply about all things small business and loves working to help entrepreneurs connect to the community in an authentic way.

Patty McAvoy

Branding Chair

I’m Patty McAvoy, the proud owner of Patty McAvoy Designs, a full-service branding and design agency providing clients with custom, top-quality creative services. I focus on brand development, graphic design and website design for the modern creative entrepreneur who wants a crafted experience. I am dedicated to elevating brands through strategic thinking and compelling design. I work one-on-one with my client’s to quickly and intuitively capture a brand’s personality with flawless design and powerful content.

I am based in Pickerington, Ohio and when I am not working, I am spending time with family, on stage performing, or playing with my dogs, Patton and Flo.

Dana Casto

Marketing Chair

Dana Casto has contributed his marketing expertise to for-profit, non-profit, and higher education businesses for over twenty years. In 2020, Dana founded Whispr Strategic Marketing to help service-based small businesses and non-profits align their marketing goals with business objectives to drive sustainable revenue. At Whispr, our marketing services include website redesigns, content marketing planning, full-service marketing implementation, and strategic advising.

Megan Phillips

Social Media Chair

I’m Megan, founder of Megan Phillips Co, where I provide ick-free social media management for CEOs who just don’t want to do it themselves.

After leaving my corporate job to be a stay-at-home mom, I found myself lost in motherhood. While attempting to find my purpose outside of motherhood, I discovered entrepreneurship through network marketing.

This is when my love for marketing and social media started. Now, I help small businesses consistently show up online, build personal connections, and book more clients through Instagram & Facebook.
