She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist turned Intuitive Coach. Dr. Puff offers an alternative approach to addressing common mental health symptoms when compared to modern psychology. Erin Flavin, Certified Parent Coach, dedicated to helping moms break generational cycles and build a strong foundation for a calmer, more connected family. As an expert in Human Development and Family Science, she provides evidence-based strategies tailored to each family’s unique needs. Her Transformational Parenting approach helps moms respond to challenges with confidence, set firm yet compassionate boundaries, and support their child’s big emotions in a way that feels both effective and aligned with their values. Rooted in a parent-centric, holistic approach, Erin guides moms in creating a home where connection, healing, and growth happen naturally, bringing more ease, trust, and fulfillment to everyday life.
